This is our original down pipe designed to eliminate the restrictive converter inlet pipe found on 97-04 Grand Prix and GTP, 00-03 Monte Carlo, 00-02 Impala, 97-03 Regal and 98-99 Intrigue, with 3.8 engine only. Installation of this pipe will require it to be welded to your original converter.
This is our most economical, EPA legal, performance down pipe. This is a direct bolt on replacement converter assembly, with hi flow catalytic converter for 97-04 Grand Prix, 00-03 Monte Carlo, 00-02 Impala, 97-03 Regal and 98-99 Intrigue, with 3.8 engine only. (Note: Some 2000 and up models have problems with SES lights, to combat this issue we have introduced a new DP4 with a improved design converter. If you don't want to take a chance, simply order the DP4.)
This is our newest offering for 97-04 Grand Prix, 00-03 Monte Carlo, 00-02 Impala, 97-03 Regal and 98-99 Intrigue, with 3.8 engine only. This assembly is also EPA legal and a direct bolt on. The difference between this and the DP3 is that in this unit we use a new Super Cat from Magnaflow.
